Refund policy

WE REMEMBER THAT ALL PARTS HAVE A 7-DAY WARRANTY FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE (on site) OR DELIVERY.

• It is not an excuse if you received/bought a part, but got involved in car repair or part replacement only on the ninth day, or God forbid after a month. Then do not call and say that the part does not work and you will send it back.-

• And it is not an excuse if you decided to diagnose the problem of your car yourself and change everything in turn, and you do not need the received part, because nothing changed when you changed it. Maybe you should not repair your car yourself, and it is better to entrust it to professionals?!-

• Your master said that the problem is in the specific part. You bought the part and gave it to him, but he installed/replaced it only after two weeks, as a result of which the condition of the car did not improve. So He was wrong! This means that your mechanic bought the part and it is his problem, not yours as a buyer, and even less ours!-

• We do not sell parts for testing so that you can just check if the specific part is to blame for the car not working properly. This is not a reason for returning it.

RETURN POLICY

The return application period is 14 business days from the date of delivery of the product. The product must be sent back within 5 business days from the date of the return application. If this is not observed, the warranty and refund may be refused.

• If you received a damaged shipment (the package looks like it was thrown out of an airplane, the package has holes, it is crushed, etc.)

• Inform the courier about the damage, and ask them to note that the package is damaged.

• MANDATORY take a photo before opening the package, and during opening. If the product is damaged, write to us at: eeautopluss@gmail.com

2. HOW TO RETURN THE SHIPMENT CORRECTLY!?

• The product must be packaged responsibly, in the same way as you received it, ensuring that the product will not be damaged during return shipping. (If this is not observed, the return may be refused!)

• The product must not be disassembled, and it must be in the same condition as when you received it. We know what each of our parts looks like.

3. EEAUTO.lv money back guarantee does not apply to expenses that exceed the total order value (product plus delivery), EEAUTO.lv does not compensate for service expenses or any other expenses that do not apply to the order value.
