What shipping methods do you offer?
Parcel machines :
We offer delivery of small items via DPD and Omniva parcel machines. The delivery fee will be included in the invoice or when ordering in the online store.
Courier delivery in Latvia:
Delivery via OMNIVA/DPD or 3 times a week on the routes Riga-Liepāja, Riga-Jēkabpils, Riga-Rēzekne-Daugavpils (by agreement)
Courier delivery in Riga:
within a few hours of paying the bill!
International deliveries: We arrange as needed, with the most convenient delivery method. (Also for bulky goods)
How long will it take for me to receive the product?
Within 2-5 business days after payment of the order. Delivery time may vary depending on the selected delivery method.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery price is calculated individually for each order.
About the possibility of returning the product
ALL PARTS HAVE A 7 -DAY WARRANTY FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE (ON-SITE) OR DELIVERY
Is it possible to apply for a specific spare part?
Yes, by paying the invoice or picking it up on the same day.
Calling us and just asking if the item is in stock/available does not mean that you have already purchased it.
!In this case, the Product is reserved for 1 day!
The item is postponed for you, and you can pick up your order at any time if we send you an invoice and you have paid it.
If the order invoice is not paid or picked up the day after the call is made, the product reservation will be canceled.
Will that product still be available in a few days?
Possibly, but it will be a game of luck. No payment, no reservation!
- GOODS ARE NOT RESERVED WITHOUT PAYMENT and WILL BE POSTPONED TO THE NEXT MONTH, or IN SOME CASES, WILL BE RETURNED AFTER A WEEK. -

Can I hold the part until my salary?
-If you get paid tomorrow morning, then yes. Or if you pay a deposit.-
Can it be "Cheaper"?
-No way! Discounts and promotions are offered only by WE, not you!-
Aren't you going to Riga?
-Bolderāja is Riga. Of course, it is not the center. If you think that it is too far for you, then we offer delivery of parts within Riga - the price is 10eur, but before the order is delivered you will have to pay the invoice!
Why so expensive? I saw it cheaper on Marketplace!
-Then call and go to Marketplace and buy-

If you would like to offer us your BMW, please fill out the following information and attach pictures of your car.
In the description, indicate the extras that work, such as electrically folding mirrors, heated seats, etc.
!!! Please note that if the car is leased or there is a lien on the car from third parties, the information will be passed on to the responsible authorities.

What BMW models are repaired at your service?
We work mainly ONLY with BMW cars. However, in individual cases we also accept cars of other brands.
I just need to see if it works!
We don't repair cars just for show or for one-day fun. Cars are repaired to high standards so that they are safe and do not endanger other road users!
